  Green sauce was fabulous, plenty of cilantro and was spicy. Hot sauce was good. Chips were thin and hot. Cheese enchiladas and chili gravy perfectly on point with soft cheese and their signature sauce that is always delicious. Great rice and beans.  Great queso. Food served hot and quickly. Fast service, in and out with 4 kids in an hour.

  The food here is overall acceptable, the portions and quality of the ingredients being used have gone down hill! Preparation of the food has also become inconsistent, ranging from acceptable to just thrown together and with no attention to what is going out to the customers!
  
  The prices are high for what you get, when compared to other similar  Mexican restaurants.
  
  The staff across the board are not very good. Waitstaff tends to not listen to what you order, speaking clearly and you have to repeat yourself over and over!
  
  Once your food is brought out, you feel like you just drove off from a drive thru fast food restaurant! No one is there to check on you for refills etc. Unless you ask a passing employee, you will just have to choke it down!
  
  We let the management know about our past few visits and they showed absolutely no interest in how we were disappointed and wanted us to leave quickly as other customers were listening and asking us questions.
  Not a good thing in the restaurant business, to not care or listen to your customers!
  
  Our money can be spent elsewhere for consistency across the board, good waitstaff, management that cares and it will be spent elsewhere!!

  I hate to post 2 bad reviews in a row but I'm on a losing streak as far as dining goes. The only thing good I can say is we got seated quickly. When the poor service finally brought our food I found out why the place had plenty of room.  Terrible food.  Bad service. High prices. Th trifecta of a bad place to eat.

  My husband and I got an opportunity to slip away for the evening and decided to come to Casa Ole. We were seated and Cierra approached our table and all she said was, "what do y'all want to drink?" Didn't greet us or make us feel welcome. We told her our drink orders and she walked away and not another word said. She came back with our drinks and took our orders. Again, she barely acknowledged us. Then 2 women sat beside us and she came by within 5 minutes and greeted them with a warm welcome and took their drink orders and was pleasant. We didn't get that same treatment. The table in front of us was also treated with the same courtesy as the table beside us. She even apologized to this other table for the food coming out late and we still got nothing. She did the bare minimum. I didn't even know her name. She never even introduced herself. I had to ask the server working the register what her name is. When she brought the check, she just dropped it off and walked away. Not a thank you, not a goodbye. Absolutely nothing. I wanted to order dessert and she didn't even give us the chance to order anything after our meals. I'm always a pleasant person when I go out to restaurants and this server started off with this attitude towards us right off the bat. I have never had service like this. I felt worthless. I'm not coming back. That was a bad experience.

  When you come to this restaurant don't order the Large Guacamole Salad. 2hat you get is four very small scoops on a plate and that's it. There is nothing there that suggests salad. It was Brown and tasted very bland and bad. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I won't be back
